2. Services Provided

Oakura Monroeville Tree Service provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety practices.

Service availability, pricing, and scope may vary based on location, project requirements, and other factors. All service agreements are subject to site assessment and mutual agreement between the client and Oakura Monroeville Tree Service.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by Oakura Monroeville Tree Service are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from those observed during the initial evaluation. We will notify clients of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. We accept various payment methods as indicated at the time of service. Clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered according to the agreed-upon terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, including the location of underground utilities, property boundaries, and any special conditions that may affect service delivery. Clients must ensure that our crew has safe access to work areas and that pets and unauthorized persons are kept away from work zones during service.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities for tree work on their property. Oakura Monroeville Tree Service can provide guidance on permit requirements but cannot guarantee permit approval.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Clients may cancel or reschedule services by contacting us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling initiated by Oakura Monroeville Tree Service will not incur any fees.

6. Liability and Insurance

Oakura Monroeville Tree Service maintains comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We take every precaution to protect your property during service delivery. However, clients should be aware that tree work involves inherent risks, and some minor damage to surrounding vegetation or property may occur despite our best efforts.

Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects in trees, or damage resulting from acts of nature following our service. Clients are encouraged to review their homeowner's insurance policies for coverage of tree-related incidents.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we will work to address your concerns. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for tree health or growth, as these are influenced by many factors beyond our control including weather, soil conditions, and natural tree biology.

8. Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety considerations. Emergency service rates may differ from standard pricing due to the urgent nature and timing of the work. We will provide pricing information before beginning emergency work whenever possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Oakura Monroeville Tree Service and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from our services, we encourage clients to contact us directly to seek resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate courts of Pennsylvania.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oakura Monroeville Tree Service's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
